Opt-out

Last updated: August 2026

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain other processing. Those rights, including California CCPA/CPRA, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia rights, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Submit an opt-out request

California residents and other consumers who wish to exercise a right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale or sharing may submit a request through this form: https://optconsumerprivacy.com/.

To process your request, we may require your first name, last name, phone number, address, and email address. We may at times need to request additional personal information from you to verify your identity. Requests to delete use a two-step confirmation process.

Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf. Before processing, we require proof of your signed permission to submit the request (unless there is a power of attorney in place) and we require that you directly verify your own identity with us.

Email

You may also email support@ushousinghelpers.com with the subject line "Opt-out" and include the email address you want removed. If we decline to act on a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing the same address.

Email unsubscribe

If you received an email from US Housing Helpers, use the unsubscribe link in that email. That is the fastest way to stop future messages. Please do not simply click "report as spam" or delete the email if you wish to remove yourself from our lists. Only the official unsubscribe link or a manual removal by an official email administrator will add you to our permanent Do Not Email list. Electronic unsubscribe requests take effect immediately. Other methods may take up to 10 business days.

Text messages

If you received a text message, reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Global Privacy Control

You may use an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). This technology and our use of it is not fully developed by the market. A browser-level signal may not be linked to a record in our database. To make that connection, email support@ushousinghelpers.com or submit the form at optconsumerprivacy.com.
